However, it is based on a dictionary that can be easily translated into other languages.

Partenero focuses on the management of ongoing customers, allowing users to monitor the customers' health score, and centralize different data sources (tickets, usage, and billing, for example) to ensure customer retention and help with revenue expansion.

Q: Bit concerned about this one.

After seeing little activity here and not real info on the website about what makes Partnero different, I tried to reach out.

I bothered to reach out directly to understand the product better, plus a follow up, and received no reply.

THe USP of this is not clear to me. Why Partnero and not any other similar tool (like most CRMs?). What is it going to offer that is dfferent?

My advice is, while you don't have reviews, take anything you can get, including responding to direct emails.

couldn't find anything in your documentation.

How does it work? Can we display some tasks or notes in HubSpot, or client health scores or next steps?

Trying to understand how HubSpot works and in what way I can use your tool without adding too much complexity to everything (and hence just fetch important data to our CRM without being split in two places)
