Overview

LicenceOne is an all-in-one software management solution that makes it simple to track, manage, and optimize your spending for SaaS products.

LicenceOne detects software subscriptions, so you can identify all the software being used (or not) within your company.

Just connect your data sources to LicenceOne to conduct an audit of your SaaS solutions—and receive your results within 5 minutes.

Thanks to the detection database, you’ll be able to find up to 20,000 different SaaS apps used by different teams and employees.

And because you’ll get a clear overview of your budget allocation and renewals, you can save your company major money on annual spending and guarantee every penny is well spent.

Budget allocation dashboard

Get an overview of your budget allocation and upcoming subscription renewals for efficient spending.

To get started with LicenceOne, simply integrate it with your company’s Google Workspace, PayPal, or thousands of different banks across North America and Europe.

From there, the tool can examine software-related data to detect users, login activity, renewal dates, and billing cycles.

You can even monitor which people have access to specific tools to identify opportunities to save on subscriptions.

Plus, you’ll be able to update the dashboard with missing or extra information to keep track of your multiple subscriptions.

App information

Take a deep dive into each product to find out how much you pay, how often, and who has access.

LicenceOne makes it easy to add and remove users in a flash to prevent zombie subscriptions and inactive users.

Each time a new employee joins the company, you’ll be able to set up their software access and create an account with just a few clicks.

By creating employee offboarding checklists, you can make sure former employees no longer have access to your applications.

The tool even lets you oversee employee login activity to avoid paying for rarely used tools you don't need!

Offboarding checklist

Make employee offboarding a breeze with LicenceOne's offboarding processes.

Not every app comes with a lifetime deal, which is why LicenceOne sends renewal alerts before your software is scheduled to renew to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Compile invoices faster for all your subscriptions with the autopilot invoice collector, letting you speed through the paperwork instead of dreading it.

The tool can even continually monitor and update your SaaS stack information, so you can concentrate on what matters most for your business.

Track software renewals

Track any upcoming software renewals and receive email alerts to avoid nasty surprises.

As you add more tools to your tech stack, bills for ongoing subscriptions can put a dent in your profits. (“That HBO Max account was the final straw in maxing out my credit card.”)

LicenceOne makes it a cinch to monitor software subscriptions, compile invoices, and optimize your spending to make sure your business stays in business.

Take control of your tech stack.

Hey Sumo-lings 🌮,

As a marketer I've always been testing cool new apps, subscribing left and right, and getting cool LTDs when they popup.

But I also created a ton of problems (Oops! 😳), because :

* Nobody really knew what applications we had

* It was impossible to make sure that someone was removed from their logins when they left the company

* Apps kept renewing automatically without us knowing about it

* We weren't able to figure out if people were actually using their apps

* Our Data Protection Officer hated me because she couldn't guarantee we were GDPR compliant with all the new potential sub-processors (Sorry Nat!)

* Our accountant hated me because I always hated collecting the recurring invoices each month (Sorry Hervé!)

That's why Emilien, Rémy and I started LicenceOne:

🌟 To make managing online software stupidly simple

Today LicenceOne helps hundreds of SMEs, agencies, freelancers and all-round app lovers:

🔍 Automatically detect applications (free + paid) in their companies

🧑 Match employees to the apps they have access to

🚪Offboard their employees from their apps when they leave

📅 Receive renewal reminders before their contract renews

💸  Monitor their app spend and act before it gets out of hand

📃 Speed up their invoice collection with autopilot invoice collection (note: it's not automatic...yet)

💓 Lower the blood pressure of their DPOs with email notifications each time a new app is detected
