Where Is Budget at the Dulles Airport?
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
NOTE: The Airport Arrival Terminal gates are quite a distance from the Main Terminal & baggage claim. Customers will have to take the Auto Train/People Mover between the 2 terminals. It could take up to 1 hour or more to clear terminals & reach our shuttle bus. If baggage has been checked, it could take even longer.
CARS: Located about 5 minutes from Main Terminal.
RETURNS: Same as pick-up.
When you arrive, proceed to the courtesy bus pick-up area. Inform the Budget bus driver that you are a Drivers Circle member. The manager or key person will have your contract ready and personally escort you to your vehicle.

No, the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) are different airports serving the Washington and Baltimore areas. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is closer to DC than the Dulles Airport. (Source) However, Washington Dulles is the larger of the two airports, so you’ll have more carrier and flight options. If you’d prefer to fly to DCA, you can book your Budget rental at the DCA airport.
IAD has a straightforward, easy layout, with concourses you can walk between. Alternatively, the Washington Dulles International Airport offers their AeroTrain to help passengers move more quickly between concourses.
